I am a founder first. My perspective wasn't formed in a classroom; it was built through the pressure of starting over and the discipline required to scale.

I grew up in Quilmes, Argentina, in a working class family where hard work was the only standard. When I moved to the UK, I had no network, basic English, and a data mining gig that paid cents per hit. I had to learn how to solve problems, automate the repetitive, and build trust from zero.

I eventually founded studio 34, taking it from a solo side project to a seven figure international marketing agency with a team of 25 plus. I have sat in your seat. I know the weight of the mortgage, the complexity of the payroll, and the specific loneliness that comes with being the one who makes the final call.

  • I do not separate the business from the person leading it. My work looks at decision making, leadership behaviour and business structure together, because growth tends to expose all three. The focus is on better judgement and sustainable progress, not frameworks for their own sake.

  • Most people I work with are founders or business owners who are already operating and dealing with increasing complexity, responsibility and decision load. This is not early stage coaching, it is support for people who are already in motion.

  • That depends on what you are navigating. Some founders come to reset their direction, others stay longer to work through growth, transitions or leadership challenges. We start with a clear minimum and continue only if it is genuinely adding value.

  • It is both, because in practice they cannot be separated. The business tends to reflect the decisions, habits and blind spots of the person leading it. We work on the areas that matter most at the time.
